Construction and tool manufacturing

From the construction of new tools to 3D models and their manufacture. By having our own construction department, we are able to always bring new products on to the market. As a result, we are constantly expanding our standard range by further container sizes. Special customer requirements can also be developed and implemented here too.

Tool manufacturing

If our range doesn’t offer anything suitable, we are happy to develop new tools on our customers’ behalf. We work hand in hand with you to achieve an optional construction result. In doing so, we try to implement your wishes and ideas and allow you to benefit from our years of experience in processing plastics. Then we create a corresponding 3D model of the finished item, which we use as a basis for providing initial sample items. This means the optics and quality of the end product can be assessed without great expense before the injection mould goes into production.

Maintenance

A further benefit is the maintenance of the tools. Our newly introduced quality assurance software allows us to monitor the maintenance cycles of the tools we use. By complying with defined maintenance intervals, we are able to ensure a consistently high level of quality for our products. In addition, we’re able to immediately resolve any problems that occur in our own factory and don’t risk any production losses as a result.
